Overview
In 2025, the Mondritterschaft Wanne-Eickel also organized a family festival at the DLRG station in Belgorodstraße. In cooperation with numerous local clubs and initiatives, the festival brought families from the district together. Live music, barbecue station, children's program, tombola — the proven concept of a club-supported neighbourhood festival.
The 2025 Moon Knight Family Festival continued the series' proven concept: not a highly staged major event, but a club-supported neighbourhood festival with live music, a barbecue station, a children's program, and a tombola. The proceeds — as is customary for the Mondritterschaft — went to social projects in the district. Residents of Wanne-Eickel from various generations and communities gathered at the DLRG station, one of the most accessible meeting places in the district.
