In 2025, the Familien-Stadtfest Liebenwalde already invited visitors to a day of activities at Am Kietz. A day full of games, craft activities, live music, and encounters — supported by the social organization Brandenburger Kinderland and numerous volunteer clubs.
The 2025 Edition
In 2025, the Familien-Stadtfest once again followed the motto “Family is where the heart calls home!” and adhered to the proven concept: accessible activities for children between 2 and 14 years old, a stage program with live music, and culinary offerings supported by clubs and local restaurateurs.
Embedded in Social Work
The connection between the city festival and youth welfare makes the Liebenwalde format unusual. Brandenburger Kinderland — Die Jugendhilfe GmbH sees the festival as part of its work with families and as an annual meeting point for the town.
