Edition 2025 — ExtraSchicht Dortmund
The 2025 edition of ExtraSchicht once again brought the industrial culture of the Ruhr area to life for one night. Thousands of visitors moved between 40 venues from Duisburg to Dortmund — supported by a sophisticated shuttle and public transport system.
The 2025 edition of ExtraSchicht continued the tradition since 2001: a joint night festival for the entire region. In Dortmund, several industrial monuments were once again featured — from the Football Museum to Zeche Zollern.
Programme
Eight hours of industrial culture marathon across 40 venues in 18 cities of the Ruhr area, coordinated with shuttle buses and free VRR public transport.
