Erlangen Palace Garden Concerts

The 2025 season followed the classic format with eight concerts — free and on Sundays from 11 AM to 12 PM in the Palace Garden in front of the Orangery. The audience, as usual, came from Erlangen, the Nuremberg metropolitan region, and from the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität, one of Bavaria's largest universities.

The series asserted itself as one of the most important free concert series in Middle Franconia: low-threshold, artistically demanding, and socially open. Sparda-Bank Nürnberg continued its sponsorship, while Friedrich-Alexander-Universität and E-Werk Kulturzentrum remained cooperation partners. The reduction to four concerts in 2026 was announced at the end of the season as a budgetary decision.
