Edition 2025 — Erding Spring Festival
The Erding Spring Festival 2025 took place on the Volksfestplatz – still without its own marquee, but with a large selection of rides, a food mile, and drink stalls, complemented by family and children's afternoons. A Schafkopf championship and the Day of Tradition characterized the festival program before the major innovation of a marquee from 2026.

The 2025 edition was the last before the major expansion: the Volksfestplatz was equipped with rides, food and drink stalls, and skill games, but there was no marquee with live music yet. Family and children's afternoons, the Schafkopf championship, and the Day of Tradition were proven program points that will be retained in subsequent years.
Harbinger of the Marquee Premiere
As early as 2025, it became known that the Widmann festival family from Marzling would operate a large marquee at the Spring Festival from 2026 onwards – a turning point in the history of the festival, which only started in 2022.
