Edition 2025 — Strawberry Festival Werther
The 2025 Strawberry Festival again brought thousands of visitors to Werther city center at the end of May. With strawberry cocktails, strawberry punch, strawberry cakes, and a classic funfair program of stage, carousels, and flea market, the Werther Business Association structured the two-day festival weekend. Shops open on Sunday rounded off the program.
The 2025 edition once again confirmed the success of the Werther themed town festival. The consistent focus on the strawberry — from fresh fruit from East Westphalian cultivation to strawberry cocktails and pralines — combines with the classic funfair format of stage program, carousels, and flea market to create a characteristic East Westphalian festival weekend. The Sunday opening hours bring additional visitors from Bielefeld and the Gütersloh district.
