ELBRIOT 2025 took place in August at Hamburg's Großmarkt — as always, a compact day festival with hard sounds. A proven mix of international metal booking and North German festival logistics made the edition a firm fixture in the German metal summer calendar.
In 2025, the festival once again attracted an audience from all over Northern Germany and beyond. The format with a dominant main stage, clear set changes, and the unusually central location in Hammerbrook proved successful again. Karsten Jahnke Konzertdirektion was responsible for the event as in previous years.
The ELBRIOT 2025 edition confirmed that metal open-airs can also work within city limits when public transport connections and weather resistance are clearly managed. The festival thus secured its place once again alongside Wacken and Summer Breeze as one of the most important summer stops on the German metal scene.
