Overview

The Eittinger Dorffest 2025 took place on Sunday, August 3, at the fire station. The pig trough race started at 2 p.m.; this was followed by the award ceremony and an after-race program with the band Isar Buam. In 2025, the Moosinning Brass Band, snacks, and a children's program by the fire brigade once again provided a village festival atmosphere – as they have since 1981.

2025 Season

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, the Eittinger Dorffest unfolded in its tried-and-tested format: lunch from 11 a.m. with lunchtime music by the Moosinning Brass Band, trough inspection by the STÜV from 12:30 p.m., and race start at 2:00 p.m. in the Fehlbach. Two-person teams competed against each other in a knockout format, with prizes awarded to the top three finishers and the most original outfit.

After the award ceremony at 4:30 p.m., the festival transitioned into its after-race mode; the band Isar Buam provided the evening's entertainment. For the children, the fire brigade had set up a bouncy castle, a turntable ladder, and games. Thus, the 2025 village festival continued the unbroken tradition since 1981.
