The structure follows the proven cornerstones of a community-supported city festival: Opening on the market square, continuous presence of associations and initiatives, alternating stage performances, integration with the Big Band program, and a joint conclusion in the late afternoon.

- Noon to Afternoon: Stands of associations, initiatives, and companies in Obere Straße, Mittlere Straße, the market square, and at Weserkai.
- Accompanying: Stage performances, interactive activities, musical contributions in conjunction with the Big Band Festival.
- 6:00 PM: Conclusion.
