The second edition of the Ehinger GenussMomente took place in early October 2025. With the proven concept of special menus, gallery exhibitions, guided hikes, wellness packages, and Sunday with open shops, the GenussMomente established themselves as one of Ehingen's city festivals with a special profile.

Unlike traditional folk festivals (Volksfeste), the GenussMomente focus on a curated, quieter atmosphere — enjoyment rather than mass catering. The response from gastronomy, hotels, galleries, and retail shows that this concept works in the Danube-Alb region. The third edition in 2026 is the logical continuation.
