In 2025, the Monastery Spring Market also took place on Palm Sunday in Ebrach, attracting numerous visitors to the former Cistercian Abbey. With free admission, families and guests from the region enjoyed a market with arts and crafts, regional specialties, music, monastery tours, and a rich family program centered around spring and Easter.

The 2025 Monastery Spring Market in Ebrach remained true to its tradition as the spring kick-off in the Steigerwald. The market town opened the historic monastery courtyard on Palm Sunday for a colorful event with market stalls, a concert, monastery tours, and an Easter egg hunt in the monastery garden. As in previous years, admission was free.

The program combined culture, tradition, and family entertainment: special exhibitions, free tours of the abbey, and craft activities for children attracted visitors from all over the Steigerwald. The market once again confirmed its reputation as a popular start to the season in the Bamberg region.
