Overview
In 2025, Ebermannsdorf once again celebrated its Kirwa on the Luxemburger-Wiese – with Kirwa tree erection, dancing, a festival tent, and Kirwa Day. The Kirwa Community Ebermannsdorf continued the tradition with its Kirwabuam and Kirwamadln as usual, ensuring a full festival tent and a lively atmosphere in the village.
The 2025 Kirwa weekend followed the established pattern: opening with the Kirwa tree, followed by festival tent operations, live music, and the traditional Kirwa dancing. Local clubs served guests Upper Palatinate specialties, while brass bands provided the musical accompaniment. The Kirwa Community Ebermannsdorf reaffirmed its reputation as a reliable organizer of one of the largest traditional festivals in the Amberg-Sulzbach district.
