Edition 2025 — Dürmer Schlossweihnacht
The 2025 Dürmer Schlossweihnacht took place from December 5th to 7th in the Walldürn castle courtyard. Three days of Advent atmosphere with arts and crafts, Christmas tree sales, performances by school choirs, mulled wine, and a visit from St. Nicholas on Sunday. The Tourist Information reported positively and announced the 2026 edition.
2025 Edition
The 2025 Dürmer Schlossweihnacht ran from Friday, December 5th (6 PM–10 PM), Saturday, December 6th (4 PM–10 PM), and Sunday, December 7th (2 PM–8 PM). As every year, the castle courtyard transformed into a 'sparkling winter wonderland' with Christmas tree sales, a children's carousel, and stalls by regional artisans.
The Dürmer Chöre and several Walldürn schools provided a continuous stage program. On Sunday afternoon, St. Nicholas visited the market and conducted the Stocking Action. Belgian waffles, crêpes, bratwurst, and mulled wine changed hands, and exhibitors reported well-attended days.
