In 2025, the new Düren City Run was conceived and prepared. A premiere edition in 2025 did not yet take place — the 1st edition is planned for July 12, 2026. Preparation year with partner acquisition and route planning.
The 2026 Düren City Run is a true premiere. In 2025, the organisation team around Parma Immobilien and the City of Düren used the year for preparation: route, permits, sponsoring, and partner acquisition were the focus. No sporting pre-run took place — the 1st edition starts in 2026.
