The Düren Christmas Market 2025 traditionally took place on the market square — with four illuminated archways, the living nativity scene by the MTC Wandervogel Merken, a children's carousel, mulled wine stalls, and crafts. Opening by the mayor, St. Nicholas visits on Advent weekends, and the usual Sunday shopping in December as a last-minute shopping opportunity.
Düren Christmas Market 2025
In 2025, the four illuminated archways, the living nativity scene, and the children's carousel once again characterized Düren's market square during the Advent season. The stalls offered mulled wine, potato pancakes, almonds, and crafts daily until 9 p.m. — opening by the mayor, closed on Totensonntag. A format that will continue in 2026.
