Overview
The 2025 season was emotionally charged: it marked the end of an era at Quast in Diemelstadt, the long-time venue of the DrachenFest. Around 5,000 players from Europe gathered for the last joint festival week at this location. The organizers had already announced the move to the new Waldeck am Edersee playing field at that time, so the 2025 season was staged as a programmatic conclusion – with special quests, moments of remembrance, and a dramatically heightened finale.

Six enemy camps, mass battles, OCL competitions, and 15+ sub-camps at Quast – the last season at the previous venue before the move to Waldeck.
