Overview
The 2025 Castle Christmas took place as usual on an Advent weekend in the courtyard of Hartenfels Castle. Around 40 stalls, fairytale readings, Advent singing, and a medieval spectacle characterized the market — visitors particularly appreciated the focus on one weekend and the family-friendly atmosphere.
The 2025 edition followed the established concept: the castle courtyard as the main venue, a curated selection of arts and crafts and gastronomy, a dense supporting program centered around a fairytale figure. The subsequent public survey particularly praised the quality of the stalls, the variety of the cultural program, the family program, and the historic atmosphere.
