Overview
In 2025, the Trachtenkapelle Westendorf, together with the local clubs, also organized the summer village festival. A festival tent atmosphere, brass music from the main band and a guest band from the Allgäu, Allgäu-style catering, and family activities characterized the summer evening.
The 2025 village festival in Westendorf followed the proven Allgäu format: a festival evening on a summer Friday with a performance by the Trachtenkapelle Westendorf, an invited guest band, festival catering with Allgäu cuisine, and a cozy conclusion into the night hours.
As usual, the proceeds went to club activities, especially the youth training in the Trachtenkapelle. The format will continue in 2026 in its unchanged form, with the main date of July 3 and a backup on July 10.
