Overview
Summer Festival 2025 by the Lake
On the last weekend of July 2025, Kienberg invited to the traditional village festival at the Obing lido. The Kienberg Music Association opened the evening, and during the festival, other bands from the Chiemgau region played. Draft festival beer, pork knuckle, and grilled fish on a stick were on the menu as always.
As every year, the festival meadow by the lake offered a special backdrop — authentic Bavarian summer. The Kienberg local clubs shared the setup and cleanup as well as the service; the proceeds, as usual, were allocated to local club activities.
