Overview
The 2025 village festival took place on Saturday, September 6th, and Sunday, September 7th, 2025 – the traditional weekend of Saarland-French togetherness on the Rossel bridge. The opening took place on Saturday afternoon at 5:00 PM at the Place du Jumelage.
As every year, the festival was characterized by club stalls on both sides of the bridge, live music, a cross-border senior citizens' afternoon, and a "Frühschoppen" on Sunday. Both mayors gave their speeches bilingually. The Saar-Lor-Lux Day was once again an occasion for the participating clubs to exchange ideas and prepare for the 60th anniversary in 2026.
