Edition 2025 — Dorffest Oberachdorf
The 2025 Dorffest continued the annual tradition of the FF Oberachdorf – marquee, catering with Bavarian cuisine, and live entertainment on Saturday evening. Village residents and guests from the Danube valley gathered in front of the fire station. The proceeds, as usual, went into the fire brigade's club fund and supported purchases for the brigade.
In 2025, the Dorffest proceeded in the tried-and-tested format. The club provided catering independently, the atmosphere was relaxed and cordial as usual – not a tourist production, but a genuine club festival with character.
Such village festivals are the backbone of Bavarian club life. They finance equipment, youth work, and social activities for the volunteer fire brigades in the districts – an indispensable pillar of village identity, especially in small Danube villages like Oberachdorf.
