Dersekow is a municipality in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, just a few kilometers west of the university city of Greifswald. With around 800 inhabitants, Dersekow is a typical Pomeranian village — and the Dersekow Sports Field is the natural meeting point for summer events in the community.
DJ Alex Stuth and Ostseewelle
The main act of the evening is DJ Alex Stuth, who works as a DJ for Ostseewelle HIT-Radio Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, among others — one of the most widely broadcast radio stations in the state. His sets combine Schlager, 90s and 2000s hits, and current charts into a mix that appeals across generations. This makes the Dorffest Dersekow one of the few events where parents, teenagers, and grandparents can dance together.
Dersekow and the Greifswald Region
The municipality of Dersekow belongs to the Amt Landhagen and is integrated into the rural surroundings of the Hanseatic city of Greifswald. In summer, the region offers its own small leisure network with sports facilities, riding arenas (Reitsportplatz Dersekow), and village inns (Landgasthof Dersekow). The Dorffest is one of the few mass events in the town and is accordingly well-attended — a summer evening when the village becomes a dance floor.
Dorffest Dersekow — edition 2026
The 2026 edition continues the low-threshold format of previous years. The main act is DJ Alex Stuth, known from Ostseewelle HIT-Radio Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, who will fill the dance floor with a mix that appeals across generations.
Those who arrive early benefit from the 5 Euro admission between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM — regular prices apply afterwards. For the festival weekend, the organizer BT-Events will be running prize draws for free tickets via social media. Food and drinks will be available at stands on the sports field, with refreshments and small snacks offered at cost price.

Getting there
By car via the B109 from Greifswald towards Anklam, turn off to Dersekow. Parking around the sports field. By train to Greifswald, then continue by bus or taxi.
Admission
Early bird discount: 8:00 PM–8:30 PM only 5 Euros. Regular prices apply afterwards. The exact closing time tariff will be announced before the festival via the event announcement (BT-Events / Municipality).
Tip
Arrive on time — the 5-Euro tariff is only valid for the first 30 minutes. If you are coming by car, consider arranging a taxi or a sober driver for the return journey.
