Edition 2025 — Kirwa Schwarzenreuth
The Dorf-Kirwa Schwarzenreuth 2025 was hosted by the Kapellenverein in early June. As every year, the area at the village chapel transformed into a small festival ground with catering, live music, and a cozy Sunday program. The event has been a fixture in the event calendar of the Neusorg administrative district for years.
In 2025, the Schwarzenreuth Kirwa proceeded as usual — a quiet, village-rooted event in the shadow of the village chapel. The Kapellenverein catered to guests, a dance evening with regional musicians formed the social highlight on Saturday, followed by the Sunday morning pint (Frühschoppen) and a pleasant get-together.
The Dorf-Kirwa is an important occasion for the small village community of Schwarzenreuth and strengthens the commitment to the Kapellenverein, which maintains and preserves the local chapel.
