Overview

In 2025, the Donnersdorfer Gadenweinfest once again invited visitors to the romantic rectory garden. Fine Donnersdorf wines, Franconian specialities, a sparkling wine bar, a dance floor, and brass music made the festival another convivial highlight in the Steigerwald wine panorama.

The Donnersdorfer Gadenweinfest 2025 was hosted, as usual, by the Heimat & Wein e.V. association in the idyllic rectory garden. Over the festival weekend, the organisers served fine Donnersdorf wines, fresh beer, Franconian specialities, Steckerlfisch, and homemade cakes. A sparkling wine bar and dance floor created a lively atmosphere, while brass bands and music groups provided entertainment. The traditional Franconian Schlachtschüssel from the pot provided the customary finale. The festival reaffirmed its status as a popular meeting point for Franconian wine culture in the Schweinfurt district.
