Overview
As in previous years, the DLRG/NIVEA Beach Festival 2025 took place on Juliusruh beach. Hands-on stations with swimming rules, rescue technology, a bouncy castle, and a flash mob with blue NIVEA beach balls provided a free afternoon program for families – a popular summer event on Wittow.
In 2025, Juliusruh was again a regular stop on the nationwide DLRG/NIVEA Beach Festival tour. In summer weather, hundreds of children and families participated in the hands-on stations, learning swimming rules and trying out rescue equipment.
The beach festival is a firm part of the summer program of the municipality of Breege, combining educational tasks with carefree beach atmosphere – a combination that has made the format popular for years.
