Overview

The 14th Dithmarschen Theatre Night took place in 2025 at the Dithmarschen State Museum in Meldorf — the second edition at this location. As usual, the Theatre Night brought together the Schleswig-Holstein State Theatre, the Meldorf Theatre Group, and the Heide VHS Theatre on shared stages, featuring short theatre scenes, readings, and dance in a rotating format. A summer performance in a historic setting.

Last Meldorf Edition

In 2025, the Dithmarschen Theatre Night bid farewell to Meldorf, its venue for two years, and prepared for the move to Heide. The proven concept remained the same: three theatres, multiple stages, the audience wandering. The Dithmarschen State Museum served as the backdrop, its historic courtyard as the central stage. This edition once again confirmed the Theatre Night as one of Dithmarschen's most important summer cultural events.

Theatre productions by the Schleswig-Holstein State Theatre, the Meldorf Theatre Group, and the Heide VHS Theatre in a rotating format, complemented by dance and musical contributions. Evening event in and around the Dithmarschen State Museum.
