Edition 2025 — Dirlewanger Marktfest
The Dirlewanger Marktfest 2025 followed the established format at the Hirschbrauerei: Saturday evening keg tapping and festive evening, Sunday morning festival service, followed by Frühschoppen and all-day festival activities. As every year, the region's music clubs provided the musical program.
As in previous years, the Hirschbrauerei Dirlewang opened its grounds for the annual market festival in 2025. With summer weather, the festival benches filled up on Saturday evening. On Sunday morning, a brass band accompanied the festival service, and the Frühschoppen and Sunday program proceeded at the relaxed pace characteristic of the market festival.
Such brewery festivals show how closely brewery tradition and village club life are intertwined in Bavarian Swabia – the brewery provides the festival site and beer, the clubs provide the staff and music, and the community takes care of the organization. A proven division of labor.
