Overview

Das Grosse Treffen 2025 took place in August 2025 at the Mega Eventpark Aach on Lake Constance. Three days of fantasy with live bands, a medieval market, a LARP world, and competitions gathered thousands of fans of the Medieval, Gothic, Steampunk, and Post-Apocalypse subcultures. DGT 2025

In 2025, the festival took place in August at the Mega Eventpark Aach. As every year, DGT combined five subcultures — Medieval, Gothic, Steampunk, Post-Apocalypse, LARP — on one festival site. Several live bands, competitions, a large medieval market, and several camp life areas characterized the program.

The fictional world "Whenuatonga" accompanied visitors throughout all three festival days. Those who played in LARP mode chose a faction and participated in the narrative twists; those who just wanted to watch experienced it as a continuous accompanying narration.
