Edition 2025 — Dark Spring Festival
The Dark Spring Festival 2025 took place again at Lido Berlin in Kreuzberg. As in previous years, Golden Apes curated a concentrated festival evening blending Gothic Rock, Post-Punk, Darkwave, and electronic excursions, featuring German and international acts. The Lido offered its typical mix of club intimacy and international appeal.
Established Date on Berlin's Dark Scene Calendar
In 2025, the Dark Spring Festival was once again a key fixture for the Berlin and European dark scene. The venue was again the Lido on Cuvrystraße in Berlin-Kreuzberg, curated by Golden Apes.
Concept and Atmosphere
The festival remained true to its profile: a single festival evening with four to six carefully selected bands from the Gothic, Post-Punk, Darkwave, and electronic genres, performing in close succession within the intimate club setting of the Lido. The intimate atmosphere, an open-minded audience from all over Europe, and the curatorial touch of Golden Apes made the 2025 edition another must-attend event for the scene.
