Overview

The Dahmer Theatersommer 2025 once again featured three theatre guest performances from Brandenburg and Berlin in front of the Dahme/Mark castle ruins. In mild summer weather, the series attracted theatre fans from the Fläming region and the capital area to the Dahme lowlands.

The Dahmer Theatersommer 2025 once again proved to be an open-air cultural highlight in the Fläming region. Three very different theatre guest performances took place in front of the castle ruins — ranging from experimental independent theatre to comedy and classic municipal theatre productions.

The continuous support of this theatre format by the town of Dahme/Mark is a small cultural achievement with a big impact: while other small towns in Brandenburg are cutting back on their summer culture, Dahme/Mark keeps the tradition alive and makes the castle ruins a regionally known stage. The success of 2025 secures the format for 2026.
