In 2025, CSD Weimar took place in the historic city center of the city of poets and thinkers, as in previous years. The demonstration, parade, and open-air party made the day a visible statement for the LGBTIQ+ community in Thuringia.
CSD Weimar 2025 — Review
As in previous years, hundreds of demonstrators marched through Weimar's city center in 2025 — with rainbow flags, costumed floats, and political banners. The opening and closing rallies addressed current issues of discrimination and equality. The evening concluded with an open-air party. CSD Weimar is thus establishing itself as an important event for LGBTIQ+ visibility in Thuringia, far beyond the city limits.
