Overview

The Crefelder CSD 2025 gathered thousands of people on August 16 at Platz der Wiedervereinigung, through Krefeld's city center, and at Theaterplatz. The demonstration, speeches, drag performances, and live music made the day the annual highlight for the queer community in Krefeld.

The Crefelder CSD 2025 maintained its established format: opening rally at Platz der Wiedervereinigung at 12 PM, followed by a demonstration through the city center, and a stage program at Theaterplatz starting at 4 PM. Under the motto “Krefeld is COLORFUL,” demonstrators, Karneval participants, and queer groups from the Lower Rhine marched together. Crefelder CSD e.V. once again confirmed the growing importance of the event in the NRW Pride landscape.
