Countryfest Klausdorf

In 2025, the Klausdorf Beach Resort once again transformed into a country stage on the first weekend of July. The Crazy Cowboy Dancer's organized live bands from the German country scene, line dance workshops for beginners and advanced dancers, DJ sets with country classics, and the usual BBQ format with burgers, sausages, and cold beer. Camping by the lake and motorhome pitches directly on the festival grounds also made the festival attractive to guests from outside the region.

The festival confirmed its reputation as a compact, club-based country weekend in the Berlin area — a deliberate alternative to the large commercial country events. The Am Mellensee municipality lists the Countryfest annually as a summer highlight in its official event calendar. Those who wanted to experience line dance live or dance themselves found the entry point, as always, at the 2025 workshops.
