The 6th edition of Country am Teich took place on October 3, 2025, at the Greifenbachstauweiher in Geyer. Country bands from Saxony and Central Germany transformed the reservoir into a country and Western stage with campfire atmosphere, a wooden stage, and the typical cowboy ambiance.

6th Country am Teich 2025

In autumn 2025 — on German Unity Day — Country am Teich was held again. Country fans from Saxony, Thuringia, and beyond came to the Greifenbachstauweiher in Geyer to enjoy country music, Western atmosphere, and the unique reservoir backdrop in the Erzgebirge.

Several bands performed alternately, the audience danced in front of the stage or enjoyed the music with a picnic by the water. A Western saloon bar, grilled sausages, and campfires shaped the mood — an insider tip for country lovers that is becoming more well-known year by year.
