Edition 2025 — Corpus Christi Procession Heiligenstadt

The 2025 Corpus Christi procession took place on Thursday, June 19, in Heilbad Heiligenstadt — one of Thuringia's most traditional Catholic processions. Hundreds of believers from all over Eichsfeld participated in the solemn procession through the city center, accompanied by brass bands, choirs, and the traditional floral carpets.

2025 Review

The 2025 Corpus Christi procession once again gathered hundreds of believers and pilgrims from the entire Eichsfeld region. The floral carpets at the four stations were laid for days by volunteers — a tradition maintained for generations. The procession proceeded under favorable weather through the historic city center, with the final blessing at the market square marking the solemn conclusion.
