As early as 2025, Wallerfangen participated in the Day of Urban Development Funding, offering insights into the ongoing renovation work at the town hall. Unlike in 2026 (opening of the renovated town hall), the focus in 2025 was still on the construction phases.
The municipality of Wallerfangen used the 2025 Day of Urban Development Funding to present the status of the town hall renovation to the citizens. KERNPLAN GmbH, as the planning office, accompanied the construction phases and explained the concept of neighborhood development.
