The Coburger Klößmarkt 2025 was celebrated in September on Coburg's market square. For four days, the Coburger Rutscher was the focus — classic with Franconian roast or in creative variations by local restaurateurs. There was also live music daily and free admission.
In 2025, the Klößmarkt was once again one of Coburg's most important culinary events. The center of Coburg attracted thousands of visitors, regional restaurants operated their stalls and presented the Coburger Rutscher in all its variations. Live bands provided the musical entertainment.
The format has been established for years and solidifies Coburg's reputation as a city of food culture, balancing Franconian and Thuringian traditions.
