Overview
Already in 2025, the 'Classics in Bavaria' palace tour of the Munich Radio Orchestra led through historic residences of the Free State. Since its inception, the series has combined masterfully interpreted classical music with the atmosphere of magnificent concert halls.
The concert series Classics in Bavaria by the Munich Radio Orchestra also toured through Bavaria's residences and palaces in 2025, combining Baroque and Classical music with the unique atmosphere of historic concert halls. The tour has established itself as a fixture in the Bavarian cultural calendar and paved the way for the fifth edition in 2026, which will lead the orchestra to Aschaffenburg, among other locations, to the Ridingersaal of Johannisburg Palace.
