Overview
The 2025 edition of the Classical and Rock Festival in the Stadtroda Monastery Ruins took place again over two June weekends. Classical and rock music met against the backdrop of the Romanesque Cistercian ruins, filling the complex with hundreds of visitors.
The format has been established since 2013 and has proven to be a cultural calling card for the town of Stadtroda. The combination of a historic venue, open-air acoustics, and a crossover program attracts audiences from Jena, Gera, and the entire Saale-Holzland district.
