Overview

The 2025 season of the cityFLOHMARKT Frankfurt (Oder) ran from April to October with six to seven market days on the Magistrale. Every first Saturday of the month transformed Karl-Marx-Straße into a flea market stage with antiques, vintage fashion, and collectibles. Free admission for visitors. The season confirmed the market as a fixture in the event calendar of the twin city and a popular weekend destination for bargain hunters from East Brandenburg and the Berlin area.

In 2025, the cityFLOHMARKT again ran in its proven format: every first Saturday of the month from 10 AM to 4 PM on the Magistrale. The season start in April, as part of the cityFRÜHLING weekend, brought a full market right from the start — over a hundred stalls lined Karl-Marx-Straße, the cafés on the Magistrale opened their outdoor seating, and the city filled with bargain hunters from Berlin and Słubice.

Throughout the season, the market days remained consistently well-attended; the August date unfortunately suffered from heat, but September and October were again full. The typical mix of private sellers, professional flea market dealers, and vintage enthusiasts made every market day a small town festival. The close connection to the Polish sister city — many visitors came over from the Słubice Bazaar — gives the event a unique profile in the Brandenburg flea market scene.
