Overview

The Adventsstadt Landshut 2025 ran from November 20 to December 23 with the Christkindlmarkt on the Ringelstecherwiese and the Art and Craft Market in the old town. The dual concept with the free Bockerlbahn, 38 m Ferris wheel, 250 m² ice rink, and XXL LED bauble at the Town Hall characterized the cityscape of the Lower Bavarian administrative city for five weeks.

The Adventsstadt 2025 again offered the full program: around 50 stalls on the Ringelstecherwiese with crafts, nativity accessories, and culinary delights, and in parallel, the Art and Craft Market from November 27 to December 23 in the old town with glassblowers, woodcarvers, and ceramists. The nostalgic Bockerlbahn connected both venues from Friday to Sunday every 15 minutes.

In the Lebkuchenhaus on the Ringelstecherwiese, hands-on programs for children were held, and St. Nicholas visited the market on December 6. Accompanying Advent concerts took place in St. Martin's Church, and the traditional Christmas caroling concluded the series on December 22 in the ice stadium.
