Chamber Concerts at Kloster Banz

The 36th season of the Chamber Concerts at Kloster Banz began with three matinees in autumn 2025. The opening "Soul Mates" was dedicated to works seeking a dense musical dialogue between voices. The piano quartet brought classical repertoire from the Romantic era to the hall, and the horn trio at the end of November offered a rare sonic contrast of horn, violin, and piano.

As every year, the audience came from the entire Coburg and Bamberg region, and many concerts were sold out. The combination of exceptional architecture, high-caliber music, and the view over the Main Valley has made the concert series a fixed date in the Franconian cultural calendar since the 1990s.
