Overview

The Burghausen Concert Summer did not take place in 2025 — the series is held every two years. Organizer COFO Entertainment used the 2025 rest year to prepare the eight-part 2026 season. However, Burghausen remained musically present throughout the year with other COFO events and the Burghausen Jazz Week.

Rest Year 2025

The Burghausen Concert Summer is held every two years — therefore, 2025 was not a Concert Summer year. Organizer COFO Entertainment used the rest year to programmatically prepare the eight-part 2026 season. In other years, Burghausen remains musically present: through the international Burghausen Jazz Week (each in March/April), through other COFO concerts, and through the city's cultural program.

The last Concert Summer season before 2026 took place in August 2024 — as an eight-part series with a similar program structure (pop, tribute, singer-songwriter, classical crossover).
