Overview

The 2025 season ran from mid-April to early September, continuing the long success story of the Burgfestspiele. With over 100,000 spectators and a diverse programme across three stages, its status as Hesse's most-attended theatre festival was reaffirmed.

The 2025 season maintained the high pace of the Burgfestspiele: the main stage featured musicals and classics, the children's stage presented family productions, and the theatre cellar offered drama and cabaret.
