The Bürgerschützenfest Ascheberg 2025 once again brought thousands of festival-goers to Schlingermanns Weide over the Ascension weekend. King's Ball on Saturday, Bird Shooting and King's Coronation on Sunday — the usual highlight in Ascheberg's club year.

The Bürgerschützenfest Ascheberg 2025 continued the tradition dating back to 1679. Four days of festival tent events on Schlingermanns Weide brought together club members, their families, and numerous guests from the entire Münsterland region. The King's Ball, High Mass, Bird Shooting, and King's Coronation were conducted with their usual dignity. The new Schützenkönig took over his representative duties for the club year — and the 2026 edition was announced immediately afterward with the date May 14-17, 2026.
