Overview

The 120th Büsumer Kutterregatta in 2025 took place in its usual format: three days of cutter races off the dike, traditional ship parade, SUP races, harbor mile, and stage program. Thousands of Büsum residents, regular vacationers, and day-trippers from the Dithmarschen district and Northern Germany came to the maritime summer highlight.

2025 Edition

The 120th edition confirmed the Kutterregatta's status as one of the largest maritime summer events on the German North Sea coast. As every year, a blend of tradition (crab cutters and traditional ships) and modern additions (SUP races, stage program).
