Bürgerfest Pfreimd

The town of Pfreimd and local clubs celebrated the 42nd Bürgerfest on July 12 and 13, 2025. The market square, castle courtyard, and castle garden transformed into a festival zone with music, food, and shared festive joy.

Saturday opened with a ceremonial procession of the marksmen and a proclamation of the king; the Pfreimd town band played Bohemian-Bavarian entertainment music. Sunday's program included a celebratory church service, a morning pint concert, performances by youth orchestras and the music school, a puppet show, and the festival finale with the band Copy & Paste. Game stalls, flea markets, and hands-on activities rounded off the festival for young and old.
