The festival "Bückeburg foams over" is one of those relatively young events that bring the wave of craft beer enthusiasm to city centers. On the historic market square of Bückeburg, one of the most beautiful squares in Schaumburger Land, regional breweries present their own creations. What distinguishes the stalls is the direct encounter with the brewers: stories about hop varieties, malt blends, and brewing processes are told, tasting samples are offered, and questions are answered.
