Edition 2025 — Brunnenfest Wettringen
The Brunnenfest 2025 was held, as in previous years, by the Soldiers' and Comradeship Association on Wettringen's market square – with a pizza evening, dance evening, festival service, and lunch, as well as the Brunnenlauf by the Tauberquellenflitzer as the sporting highlight on Sunday.
In 2025, the Wettringen Brunnenfest followed the established three-day format: a low-threshold pizza evening on Friday, a larger dance evening on Saturday, and Sunday as a combined family, festival service, and running day. The local press (FLZ – Fränkische Landeszeitung) reported on the festive mood, the relay race, and the atmosphere of the festival service.
As usual, the festival attracted primarily Wettringen families, friendly associations from neighboring communities, and the Middle Franconian running scene from the western district of Ansbach. In the marquee, the Soldiers' and Comradeship Association served classic club festival cuisine, and the Brunnenlauf on Sunday afternoon formed the sporting highlight.
