In 2025, the Klosterbrauerei Mallersdorf once again opened its monastery courtyard on Corpus Christi Day for the traditional Brewery Festival. Home-brewed monastery beer, Lower Bavarian snacks, brewery tours, and the characteristic blend of monastic idyll and beer festival atmosphere marked the day.

The 2025 edition of the Klosterbrauerei Mallersdorf Brewery Festival continued the decades-long tradition of the monastery festival. The monastery courtyard was the venue for brewery tours, home-brewed monastery beers, and Lower Bavarian specialties.

Sister Doris Engelhard, the long-serving monastic brewmaster, has shaped the unique profile of the Klosterbrauerei with her work – a site that attracts worldwide attention from beer enthusiasts and makes the Brewery Festival an annual highlight in the Lower Bavarian festival calendar.
